Rent a charger from a Gator Charging kiosk, charge on the go, and return it to any ChargerGoGo station.

Scan the QR code

Use your phone’s camera to scan the code on the kiosk. Follow the link to sign in and choose a payment method. You can use ChargerGoGo’s web app without downloading an app.

Grab your charger

Complete the rental and take the portable charger that pops out. Connect it to your phone and keep charging while you’re on the move.

Return it when you’re done

Find a ChargerGoGo station with an open slot and insert the charger. Your rental ends when the station secures it, and you’ll receive confirmation in the app.

How do I rent a charger?

Scan the QR code on the kiosk with your phone’s camera. Follow the link, sign in, and complete checkout. Take the charger that releases from the station and connect it to your phone.

Do I need to download an app?

No. Scanning the kiosk’s QR code opens ChargerGoGo’s web app, so you can rent through your phone’s browser.

Will it work with my phone?

Chargers include built-in USB-C and Lightning cables for compatible Android phones and iPhones. You don’t need to bring your own cable.

How much does a rental cost?

Check the rental price and terms during checkout before starting your rental. For questions about an existing charge, contact ChargerGoGo support.

Can I take the charger with me?

Yes. The charger is portable, so you can keep your phone with you and charge while you eat, shop, or enjoy your day. Return it to a ChargerGoGo station when you’re finished.

Where do I return my charger?

Return it to a ChargerGoGo station with an open slot. It doesn’t have to be the station you rented from. Insert the charger and check for confirmation that your rental has ended.

What if the station is full or the business is closed?

Use the ChargerGoGo map to find another open location with an available return slot. If you can’t complete your return, contact ChargerGoGo support for help.
